Project Background:
One Global Place is a commercial building comprising of 26 floors. It is the latest project of Daiichi Properties and Development Inc. which is conceived to be innovative to serve the sophisticated needs of a global business.

It is located at the Fifth Avenue, the main thoroughfare of the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City, Philippines near the new St. Luke's Hospital and the Singapore Chancellery.

Since One Global Place boasts its first-world architecture and interiors, combination of steel, glass, granite and marble creates a refined, modern design.

Customer's Requirements:
Structure of the two sides of the building are made of precast concrete where the challenge is to seal the exterior and interior joints and make it free from water leakage.

BASF's Solution:
BASF supplied a polyurethane based, elastomeric sealant which satisfy customer's requirements.
