The shopping arcade is rejuvenating its ground floor with BASF’s performance flooring solution, MASTERTOP TC441 P.

A fresh-fashionable new look given by BASF's solution, MASTERTOP® TC441.
The rejuvenation project began in the 1,000 square meter atrium area at the main entrance, followed by the promenade area (restaurant row). The entire project will cover a total of about 3,200 square meters and is expected to be completed by the end of March 2010.
BASF MASTERTOP TC441 P has a low solvent content, low viscosity and is moisture curing, with a pigmented two-component polyurethane system that comes with a matt satin finish. It has better scratch-resistant and easy-to-clean, and therefore it has low maintenance cost. Simply by applying a suitable solvent, a stubborn mark can be removed. Furthermore, BASF MASTERTOP TC441 P provides better protection for the base flooring due to its excellent scratch resistance properties and its resistance to UV and weathering. It is also resistant to a variety of alkalis, diluted acids, brine, mineral oils, lubricants and fuels.
